Explore an experience how yoga can assist couples in successful postpartum adjustment as well as facilitate postpartum healing for mom. This is an interactive workshop for mom, partner, and baby.
Space will be dedicated to explore the following:
*Discussion tailored towards nurturing your relationship post baby.
*Asanas (yoga postures) designed to relieve common postnatal discomforts.
*Partner poses designed to strengthen your relationship with your partner.
*How to test for diastasis and modifications to make in your yoga practice.
*Pelvic floor exercises.
*How to properly regain strength in your core.
*Songs/movements/asanas for baby (handout will be provided).
Your partner can be your spouse, life partner, parent, friend, roommate, or anyone else in your life whom you wish to share the practice of yoga with. Babies ages 6 weeks to pre-walking are welcome an encouraged to attend. No previous yoga experience is required.
Baby and Me yoga invites us to surrender to the idea of what a yoga class is “supposed” to be. At times babies are silent and chill during class and at other times they are craving an asking for attention. We will be extremely flexible to accommodate and serve all babies and families.

Investment: $30 or use your yoga/fitness class package deducting two sessions.
