Spring is most certainly in the air! While fall and winter are a time of conception and gestation, spring is characterized by new beginnings. It is a time of year to re-energize, rejuvenate, and give birth to our deepest, most heart oriented intentions. The spring equinox which falls on March 20th marks the first day of this expansive time of year.
As we step into spring, I invite you to pause and draw in. Connect with Grace! Invoke more Grace in your life! Align yourself with source and reflect upon what you intend to bring forth. What do you intend to co-create in your life and how can you do this from a place of beauty, wisdom, and Grace? From here, let your heart be open, let your heart be free, and pulse to the rhythm of your own breath.
Happy birthing my friends!

Family yoga provides an excellent space for the entire family to bond and connect while simultaneously stretching, strengthening, and relaxing your body. Through the practice of yoga, kids will naturally develop more inner body awareness and will enjoy having a space to creatively express themselves through movement, breath, and intention. Families will leave with tools to continue the yogic journey off of their mats including songs, games, affirmations in motions (sun salutation chants), new poses to practice at home, and resting/savasana exercises. Share the practice of yoga with your child in a fun, playful space and observe how your entire family grows and evolves. This class is appropriate for all ages and parents/caregivers will practice alongside their kids. No yoga experience is necessary.
$48 for entire 4 week session or regular class prices for drop ins. Parents/caregivers with multiple children are encouraged to attend. Prices apply to one adult and one child. Additional children or adults are $5 per person. Non-mobile babies are welcome at no additional charge.
